Dates

I have managed to add a start date and end date to ACT! bassed upon an imported "Order date" from a file.
when you edit the fields the formula has defaulted to datetime, although it shows up in ACT! as just date, when I export the dates as a CSV file it has the Date and time ! (Order date has only the date).

I used

Start Date = [order date]+10
End date = [Start date]+365

How do I just get "day/month/year" ie "12/05/2008" or I would prefer "12th May 2008" with Abacus?

many thanks Paul

Dear Paul,
you need to format your dates.
Please have a look at the following formatting functions :

DateToStr [www.actpresentation.com]
DateToString [www.actpresentation.com]
CONVERT [www.actpresentation.com]
