Picture Plus - working with Reports

I am trialing Picture Plus but it doesn't appear to do what I want it to do. Please can you advise if it will solve my problem below and, if not, if there is another product I should buy to solve it.
I have picture fields in ACT. I run a report through ACT where in the report is a picture of each contact. The problem I have is that the pictures are all different sizes. Even though I have set the correct size in the Report Template Designer, ACT does not resize images to fit the sizes stipulated in the report.
I am wanting a product that allows me to set a size for the picture in the report so that no matter what the original picture size is, it will grow or shrink the image to fit.
Any help would be most appreciated.

Dear Kate,
Please try to change "Size Options" of picture field in Act report designer.
Available options are : Normal, Stretch Image, Auto Size, Center Image
I guess you need to use "Stretch Image" option.

I can help you get it right if you like. I was the guy who got ActPresentation to write the first picture plus addon for my own orthodontic patient photo requirements. I had the same drama in reports. Let me know if you need a hand.
